WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS
1. Some products may be covered by a warranty provided by their manufacturer or distributor.
2. Warranty coverage will be communicated to the Customer on the Online Store.
3. The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Customer’s rights under the legal warranty for defects in the sold goods.
The seller is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment, or for any delay or failure in service, if any of the following circumstances occur:

RETURNS and REFUNDS
1. All customers covered by the distance sales agreement have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 days from:

2. If the buyer wishes to withdraw from the sales contract before it is accepted by the seller, the contract will not become binding.
3. To meet the above-mentioned deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the withdrawal statement before the period expires. The customer may use either the withdrawal form attached to these Terms of Service or any other clear statement of withdrawal. A registered customer may use the dedicated return module available in the "My Account" section.
4. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Buyer all payments received, including the original shipping cost (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by reviderm.co.uk), without delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the returned goods are delivered back to the Seller’s warehouse.
5. The Buyer must return the product without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submitting their withdrawal to the Seller.
6. If the Goods are used or damaged in any way that may reduce their market value, the Customer will be held responsible for the corresponding reduction in value.
7. The right of withdrawal applies to all items returned without irreversible damage to the packaging or the item itself, and in cases where there are no health or hygiene concerns.
8. The cost of returning the package is fully covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties due to special circumstances.
9. Submitting a withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and proceeding with the return is considered as the Customer’s consent to issue a corrective invoice for the order, which will be recognized as the sole valid invoice for the transaction.
