The customer can choose one of the available payment methods:

Delivery information

Delivery is carried out by external, independent, and professional carriers: DPD. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the EU. All taxes and duties are included in the order total, excluding delivery charges.

The delivery cost is paid by the Customer according to the price shown during Checkout, unless free shipping applies. The delivery cost is added to the total price of the ordered Goods.

The product is shipped to the address provided by the Customer. In case of delivery issues, incorrect address details, or other contact information errors, REVIDERM UK will promptly contact the Customer.

If the Carrier reports that the package is damaged or incomplete before handing it over to the Customer, the Carrier and the Customer will identify the cause and complete an appropriate report stating the facts related to the defect. The same rule applies if the Customer reports that the package is damaged upon arrival.

The average delivery time for an Order is 2–7 days. Delivery time does not include the order processing and preparation period.
